在雅思考试中，我们究竟应该怎么做才能充分展现自己的词汇，抓到分数呢？接下来我就烤鸭们对于雅思口语中词汇应用方面的一些问题做出分析。
 

　　语言是交流的基础，是表达个人意图最直接的方式。世界上多个文明孕育衍生出多种语言，而不论何种语言都有它的构成基础，就是词汇。事实上，雅思词汇一直是很多烤鸭们会呼吸的疼！一些考生碰到某些话题有很好的想法和思路，对于应该说一些什么样的话也有很好的把握，但是由于自身词汇量的不足，感觉难以表达，巧妇难为无米之炊。

 

　　另外，还有一些学生有这样的疑问：怎样在雅思口语中展现自己的词汇量呢？要多用一些难词和大词么？还是找一些别人都想不到的生僻词来用？

 

　　实际上，在日常生活中，我们并不会使用大量的词汇。那么，在准备雅思口语相关词汇的时候，我们的问题到底在哪里？在雅思考试中，我们究竟应该怎么做才能充分展现自己的词汇，抓到分数呢？接下来我就烤鸭们对于雅思口语中词汇应用方面的一些问题做出分析。

 

　　横向做加法，避免描述的单一空洞性。

 

　　在平时的雅思教学过程中，会发现其实不是学生不会表达，而是他们回答的内容非常的简单抽象。例如在回答这个问题： Where do you live, in flat or a house? 同学们往往会说: I live in a flat. It's big. 而这样的答案肯定是不会受到考官的欢迎的。其实我们所要做的很简单，就是把内容具体化--I live in a flat which is pretty large. To be more specific, it's about 150 square meters, with 3 bedrooms and a spacious living room.  我们不难发现这样的答案中几乎没什么生词，表达上没什么难点，唯一要做的一点就是描述具体。

 

　　纵向做替换，避免单词的单调性。

 

　　另外一个制约学生雅思得分的因数是考生会反复使用同一个单词，不会进行单词的同义替换。众所周知，雅思考生，不管是雅思听力，阅读，写作还是雅思口语，它共同侧重的一个能力就是同义转换。因此我们就得遵循它的潜规则，投其所好，才能拿到自己想要的分数。以下我例举了一些常用的雅思口语常见替换单词。
